Move workload panel to a sub-panel of the CATI Interviewing Console #19

You can now toggle between a Survey View and Workload View. The Workload panel has been enhanced to allow the callplans to be enabled or disabled from this panel. Additionally you can now clear all callplans by clicking the title tickbox
