If you click the Survey it will change everything below that is active to match itself. If it is part-enabled it will change everything below to enabled.
If you click the Schedule it will do the same for call plans below itself.
If you click call plans it will change the status of the schedule (and ultimately the survey). So if all call plans are disabled then the schedule will be disabled and the if there is only one schedule the surey will be disabled
