Make Call History Aware Of What Should Be Recorded and Monitored #48

Survey settings has a new option in the Standard Tab - Call Recording Policy. If the survey is a phone survey and not a sawtooth survey then you can choose a recording policy of Record, Monitor or None.

Call History now starts only showing Recorded Calls and surveys, but it is possible to change the view to Monitored.
