Implemented Change Chart Fonts. This update allows for fonts and colours to be changed as well as background colour and alignment for titles.
The server fonts are out of date with the new google fonts. As a separate piece of work I will update the server fonts with googles latest changes and incorporate carlito which is an open source match for microsofts Calibri.
