Nav update #289

On code.kx.com/q , the nav along the top of the page has Learn/ Language / Database / Developing / Architecture which is unique to the code.kx.com/q section. If you visit this url on mobile/tablet device it presents content & side menu (i.e. the top level nav is hidden unless you page back).

This update is to moved this top level nav to the side nav. Its also now more apparent that this content was unique to code.kx.com/q info.
