removed white paper naming #320

left were 2 pages named as white paper version & non-white paper (e.g. web sockets)...will be merged into 1 doc page that lists all white papers left for the moment

I can understand moving the whitepapers to a different space, but not sure I follow why the 'WP' needs to be removed from the page title?

I haven't moved them to another space (I moved a few in prev changes due to not being in a section relevant to what they were talking about) - they aren't really in a central place. I doubt many new users know what 'WP' means in the links, so prob just adding confusion. Information will be merge so theres not a version of some info, then another with a WP label discussing the same thing (with some dup inf & some different info). e.g. we have a page for extra config for kdb-tick, then a page on how to profile it (ones a white paper & one isnt). Current WP use is often to cover holes in the docs which are being fixed (without having dup info).
