Pyq stdout

• Additional check included to catch if pyq is already loaded into the environment before redirecting stdout/err. This was included due to the loss of stdout and stderr in a PYQ jupyter notebook when embedPy was loaded into the environment
• Update in travis file to coincide with q zip files now being stored on the FD nexus repository manager
