Set install.sh dir for 32bit arm. Ref #29 #30

Change to CMakeList.txt is being tested currently by the user who raised it. As the CMakeList.txt file upon execution make && make install in MQTT doesn't create the directory lib and install the .dll/.so there changes to the install.sh without a change to the cmake stuff won't fix the issue I don't believe

Changed title to fix the install script only, for the arm builds that have a l32arm install dir

Looks like the first reported issue releates to install.sh, but added a seperate comment about cmake
