Imported MDs and images to docs, translated to GFM; fixed links

@sashkab Yes!

  1. When users take a library from GitHub they expect to find the documentation in it
  2. Splitting docs off to the web server risks duplication, conflicts and broken links. An audit of our GH repos found all of those. Charlie insists we remove any duplication.

code.kx.com/q/interfaces now links to the GH repos for documentation. We expect this to give our users a more solid experience.

Hi, can this pull request be merged now? Documentation isn't available anymore on kx website.
