Updated the license entry in the package classifiers. #26

@StephenTaylor-Kx, this change is necessary for PyPI to recognize the change of license. Please note that this will not take effect until a new release is uploaded to PyPI. I would recommend issuing a "post" release with just this change.

@sashkab - please comment if you have a better suggestion.

LGTM, while here — please add LICENSE into MANIFEST.in, and remove LICENSE.rst.
