Player skins dont work when using this

i just downloaded the ZIP then put in my scripting folder and compiled it it was really weird if i would have the plugin installed it would give me the default gloves but not change the player model skin (gamebanana skin) but if i would remove the plugin it would do its job but then map change everything is back to normal
