Voting never starts? #45

So, mine voting never starts. If i use forcertv or rtv with whole server, there is countdown to 0 and voting menu never opens, if i try to cancel the vote by "sm_cancelvote" it will state that no voting is in progress.

Maybe this is cause by fact that its retake server and rounds are ended by own plugin?

support for mp_timelimit only.

Could you maybe add it to readme? Ive figure it out yesterday from source code
