Right now, achilles is only a python project that merely creates inputs for PopulationSim. A new script should be added to Achilles that actually invokes PopulationSim itself with the right settings.
Tasks:
[ ] Figure out if it's possible to add PopulationSim to the Poetry environment without too much hassle.
[ ] Create the driver script that will invoke PopulationSim using cmd arguments supplied by the user.
