Enable Jekyll integration and prepare basic html template/layout for index.html and blog posts.

Website should at least have my own name and links.

jekyll files merged to master, however it doesn't appear to be working in the "front". I think the root dir is wrong. Github only allows me to choose "/root" or "docs/" ; I think the simplest fix is to move the content of my folder "/pages/" into "/root"
