this is my simple code ,I use basic AnimancerComponent and Animancer's StateBehaviour to controller the CharacterState just similar to your example. I just declare a ClipTransition,and when I first time play it,my character model's rotation will turn to zero,and once I play it again,it will be all right.Seems like every single clip has the same situation.The same thing also happen to the default clip.
