@shikonage the task is too complicated for now, it chains several big ones

PS: the right way is to convert group selector and study applicator to react components with shared redux store. For this react_on_rails needs to upgraded. Currently study applicator is rendered with .js.erb Rails template, which prevents to filter js sources with CSP (#149).
