added subsplease to the fan subs list #83

Well, this is something that should have been done ages ago. Dunno why it wasnt done already.

This should be PR ed towards the dev branch.

However, you can already do that in the released version by simply entering SubsPlease in the preferred fansub input, both in the settings and on the main page.
