Number of timeslots per day is configurable? #18

Currently, the configuration utility assigns a number of timeslots per weekday:

Monday: 10
Tuesday: 10
Wednesday: 10
Thursday: 10
Friday: 10
Saturday: 10
Sunday: 10

Is this the correct behavior? If so, can we use a more descriptive name for assigning these values than just the day of the week?

It is configurable and this is determined by start and end times per weekday
