In this pull request, I propose to add the following changes:
Changing target framework of PortAudio.Net to netstandard2.1. This contains Span and covers all recent frameworks from .NET Framework 4.7 over .NET Core 3.1 to .NET 6
Removing conditional compilation of the PaBuffer.Span property, as it is now available in .NET Standard 2.1
Changing Target Framework of the test app to .NET 6
