Added a readme file with an explanation of Heron's formula.

Great! Thanks for tackling this. Ideally, the name of the README would be named something like HeronExplanation so it would be listed right next to the program, but this is fine for now.

I just searched by the tag "good first issue" and yours was the first one. :)
