Legacy Idea

gute/goot/guten event

if between 22:00-06:00, and all human users leave the call, then in bot stuff,
- ping all human users that have been in the call in the last 15 minutes
- add some variation of gute/goot/guten/good night
- post random tenor gif with query "anime good night"
- 10% chance to add "kiss" to end of query

daily pings might get annoying, will consider using usernames only instead of @'s
