fix: grammar errors, typos and md lint errors #250

You have excellent documentation. I was reading to get idea behind rhythm and found out few typos. Here's a fix.

I have fixed the typos. Then I took the liberty to run it through markdown linter to fix the md syntax as well. Let me know if you are okay with it or if you need any changes.
