I am committed to LB-FEM coupling research for a long time. I am currently studying Palabos as a joint PhD student at the University of Geneva, but I am still new to Palabos. Thank you very much for providing a code that can be used for reference. Unfortunately, I ran the code. In the serial state, when running to step 493, the code has an error: too many iterations needed best solution and residuals are in the frd file.
There is a parallel error message when running in parallel: Fatal error in PMPI_Bcast: Message truncated, error stack: PMPI_Bcast(448).....................: MPI_Bcast(buf=0x7ffe01025e9c, count=1, MPI_INT, root=0, comm=MPI_COMM_WORLD) failed PMPI_Bcast(434).....................: MPIR_Bcast_impl(310)................: MPIR_Bcast_intra_auto(189)..........: MPIR_Bcast_intra_smp(105)...........: MPIR_Bcast_impl(310)................: MPIR_Bcast_intra_auto(223)..........: MPIR_Bcast_intra_binomial(112)......: MPIC_Recv(202)......................: MPIDI_CH3U_Request_unpack_uebuf(516): Message truncated; 8 bytes received but buffer size is 4
I don't know if it is a problem of my operation that caused the code to run wrong. I did not modify any content of the code. Hope to get your help and long-term cooperation with you.
