Switching active PlantUML editors doesn't switch diagram images #17

When switching between active PlantUML files, the preview window will still show the diagram from the previous file until the Refresh Diagram button is clicked (or the file is saved). This could be related to Issue #15 and the same fix might resolve both issues.
