🌀️ Add weather emoji #111

Inspired by #106:

If time and geolocation is there, then even a weather emoji could be added automatically. I guess there are enough of them:

And some people already created weather emoji libraries.

But of course there need to be a possibility to add an API key for a weather service in the settings. Dart has at least some libraries for weather, like this or this and also some emoji libraries like this or this.

Or maybe just using the icons from OpenWeatherMap would be easier to integrate?
