Opera 9.6 swallows the block quote shortcut Ctrl-. #2

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Press Ctrl-. in the input area.
2. Nothing happens.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Ctrl-. should act as the block quote keyboard shortcut.

Like the IE bug, this has to do with the key code for DEL being the same as 
char code
for '.'.

I'm rating this low priority since you can always use the mouse to click the 
button
instead.  I may change the keyboard shortcut for block quote to something else 
which
should fix this bug and the IE Ctrl-Del bug.

The latest version of WMD on github uses Ctrl+Q for quote.  This works on all 
browsers.
