1.5.9 dev: Changed labels and descriptions (DE, EN) #9

Hi,

pls see diff: I updated versions of homey to: 3.0.7, and homey-zwavedriver to: 2.1.10 to be able to install on PRO 2023.

Only tested shutter on PRO 2023, because I have no other TS devices available. Maybe TS will sponsor some ... :-D

I've merged your changes. However, I've made some changes to the dependencies in V1.5.9 separately to check if it will resolve the issues with HP23. Your changes will be included in the next version before it all goes to the live build.
