Fixes compatibility for BS 1.20

Other than that:

Removed clamp patches (moved to ME) as well as obsoleted methods.
Includes fix for detecting beatmap version.
Includes fix where local scores for custom characteristics might get lost
Reworked negative NJS fix
Small tweaks and bug fixes
