This PR allows for assigning the newly added ColorW environment light, as found in 1.22.0. This doesn't work in older versions of the game, but now allows for 1 extra light color and 1 extra boost light color

It's used in the new pack.

Would also like to note that the Weekend environment has different colorW and boosted colorW. image
