Should we use parquet reader implemented in `ClickHouse` instead of the one in `local_engine` ? #408

The parquet reader implemented in local_engine seems unstable. We have meet some cores. There is a bug report #407.

Should we use the reader implemented in ClickHouse instead at present ?
