晚点我再提个pr，估计有点难合并进去。标准sql的相关函数对jsonpath的支持也是很简单的

如果社区不接受的话,把这个函数实现挪出来合适吗，尽量避免大段CH源码的改动

主要是ck社区对这个没有需求。这些path格式在我们线上大量使用到了
