Cannot connect to peers on Kylin parachain on RPC node #133

Hello! I'm trying to use the kylin-collator binary to run a RPC node on the Kylin network but I'm not sure if I need to set any bootnodes or if I should use a config.json file.

I tried to follow the readme in this repo but I might be missing something.
