I made the handshake of 2 my erc20 wallets with my 1 substrate wallet. Now, i just got only airdrop for 1 erc20 wallet. Why?

Another problem, I contributed 132 DOT for the crowloan Kylin parachain. My contribution is in the early bird (10% DOT contributors). However, my reward is just 29.304 kylin tokens, which is equal to the ratio 222 kylin per 1 DOT. So I think I haven't received a kylin reward for early bird. This problem I suggested with @cryptoladymakingtendies on tele group, but he said he has not yet received the answer from the Dev team.
