Quality code checks to be Refactored

The current code quality code checks are a little bit inefficient these are the changes that we require

• In the Documentation tests; tests that checks for examples in Documentation must only check examples in other directories excluding the tests directory
• We should remove the use of Flake8 in checking the code quality
• In Documentation, we should follow the Google Documentation style guide tests for this should be added
• Also an assertion for this PEP8 guideline should be added Maximum line length in Documentation should be 72 characters
