Full translation of this file. It was only partially translated and didn't really know where else to start on helping out.

I left the last line unmodified, even though it basically says "This is Black City." "In other words, the city that is black" probably an explanation for those Japanese children who are not familiar with the borrowed English words, but it could perhaps be translated to "The city that is in the black" (in the black as in "making a profit")

If you would like me to work on something more specific, let me know what you want me to work on.

I do not consider myself fluent in Japanese, but I majored in Japanese literature in college and I have been translating manga and anime for about 10 years now, so... let me know.

The translation seems good to me, but I am not fluent either.
