Add Laravel 11 support #284

Add laravel/framework: 11 as a dependency. Was getting an error when trying to install on Laravel 11

@tecbay thanks for the PR - before this is merged we just need to check the update requirements to see if there are any breaking changes moving from one version to another.

Then I'll create a major release for Laravel 11
