Strikethrough on a string with only spaces does not get colored #129

Currently impossible to make horizontal bars colored currently unless a non-space character is in the string.

This is not just a webui issue, I just used it as a way to display the issue. This issue is present in adventure.

Then it's a duplicate of KyoriPowered/adventure#780, which is fixed but not released
