Description

As a user, I would like to change the design for light mode. I'm not a big fan of the bg-slate-400 on light mode.
Additionally, I would like a revamp of the Toggle component. There should be a "System preferences"
Acceptance Criteria
New light mode styles is applied across the whole application
Toggle component includes system preferences, it would require a restyle of the Toggle component.
