This PR adds a page only accessible to admins where all purchases are displayed in a table (@ /admin/purchases)
This PR prevents non-admins from accessing any page with the /admin route, I've moved /upload to /admin/upload for the sake of the example
It also adds a dropdown menu on the navbar for admins for convenience
The things I've added don't look great, but good enough for admins to use (imo)
