Update Build For Patch 13.9 #158

You can do that yourself in the config by going to %APPDATA%\TFT Bot in your file explorer and then editing the wanted_traits list in the config.yaml file. If you're running from source, the config is in the output folder instead.

As @Gadsee mentioned you're welcome to update the desired build yourself via the configuration file.

We'll be keeping an eye on which build gives us the best results generally speaking, and will update the repo accordingly.
