Package Updates, Update README To Mention Virtual Environments #196

Description

A few overdue package/dependency updates, and now updating the README to explicitly mention using a virtual environment since it can run the users python configuration amuck if not.

Notes

I've run this for a few hours today (~5 hours straight) and it's been working like a charm.

lgtm :) I think the normal venv name venv is already gitignored, but the name of the venv really doesn't matter.

Yep! The only reason I created the second one was that I needed it to be installed with both Linux and Windows, and therefore they need separate folders for each venv -- not a huge deal though 😅
