Picking up items #231

I assume this bot is not yet capable of picking items? If so, mine is not. It is also not assigning any items. If the bot did this it would help to keep the bot under the radar. If this is something that already exists, how do I get it to do it?

@robfjellin at present, this has not been implemented, and is being tracked in the duplicate issue https://github.com/Kyrluckechuck/TFT-Bot/issues/159! 😄
