Update for Set 11 #247

Description

The usual update for sets with some image and some minor improvements, like:

Since image quality increased and is more consistent now, we can up the trait image search precision
Added a team planner capture, long-term it probably makes sense to use the team planner for pre-defined compositions or something
Updated the requirements dependabot is trying to update in this as well, saves on merging PRs :P

Still needs a bump of VERSION, but as usual I'll leave that to you.
