Change ISO3166 to something more UK friendly #5

I should look into using a different ISO-standard for countries, so that the United Kingdoms are not all grouped together. https://github.com/Kyrremann/beers/blob/master/parser.rb#L19

Turns out the map I'm using is the problem. I'm working on a new better map, so hopefully it will be solved with that. Follow with #11 .
