ARFoundationRemoteInstaller::checkVersions() should only checking BuildIn and Registry packages #82

The versions check on installation will fail, if the version number not only a number. Some other packages, the will installed from a tar or git, can have a non standard format number.

I have this fixed for me locally. You will see this in the attached screenshot.
