Keep tutorial up to date #22

Please, keep tutorial up to date with changes. For example, there is no longer ListOfAbbreviationsAndSymbols etc.

@obernat When I took over, I had no source for tutorial.pdf so I could not compile one. The old one is kept here as reference, please see example.tex instead.
