Without a cookie consent opt-in on the frontend, Google Analytics must be removed to comply with Recitals 30 (cookie consent) and 32 (consent) of GDPR

This is a dead tag for a site that is no longer operational (was only used during development), it shouldn't have been merged to the master branch so thank you for noticing and removing it.
