This issue tackles the 'View Events' page when clicked on the navigation drawer button.

The page should consist of:

Search field and search button
Card views of all public events in a paginator

The card view should consist of:

Event Image
Event Title
Event Label (Ongoing or Upcoming)
Event start and end date
Summary (can be cut off by ellipses)
Interested number of people
Organisers

Events are retrieved in pages so we do not fetch more than necessary.
