I built new, I did everything right, successful, but there is a problem

I'm having the same problem

any 0.3.0 or newer launcher can not running at Win7, if you encounter such problems on Win7, please use 0.2.2 instead.

i already use windows 10 i get the same error

I am not using windows 7 and it gives error when I build a new launcher

I downloaded the latest version again when you rebuild it, the launcher crashes again.
