[Bug] Title: "Activity History Not Updating After Requesting Token Approval in CM Login" #180

Issue: After a Closing Manager (CM) requests Token Approval, the activity history is not automatically updated to reflect this action. Users must manually refresh the page to see the updated activity history. This issue disrupts the real-time tracking of actions and can lead to confusion about the current status of requests. Automatic updating of the activity history is necessary for accurate and efficient workflow management.
